Does anyone here have it in their domain names? What sort of traffic are you getting? Where are you getting it from?

Although 888 means lucky, I don't think a lot websites will include that in their domain name. It makes the website looks not professional. No big sites use such names. Also, not easy to brand.

You obviously didn't pick up the point I was making. The numbers 888 have special significance to the Chinese.

My personal taste would be against it too, but you've got to look outside your own preferences and see how some things have huge cultural differences.

I believe 8 in Chinese sounds like wealth, that is why 888 is favo/ured by the Asians.

888.com was sold by the Chinese owner, not too many years ago, to the company that now runs 888.com probably the most successful casino website on the internet.

some domainers have a big down on hyphens in number domains, but its better than mine (88-88.org)

so you think the - in our names really kills it? I know its definately not a typo for 888.com since its 3 keys away and who makes a typo on a name like that. hehe
