can these images be edited easily in Macromedia Fireworks MX?

By 'edited easily' I mean, can the text be selected and changed without altering the background image in the header?

I have never used that tool. It was created with Photoshop.

The images are in a PSD file. You can edit the text without altering the rest of the image.
