Yeah, this can also be a noun in the sense of wizards etc - which I think might be the better use of it as a brand.... very recognized word and short and easy to remember/spell... I could easily see this going for mid $xx,xxx to low $xxx,xxx to an enduser.... but don't sell to the first buyer either - patience can be the winner with a domain like this

There are some advantages to using a broker experienced with 6 and 7 figure sales, mostly access. But with that experience comes a cost, which in this case, would for sure be $xx,xxx that you might (or might not) lose without a broker. Personally, I would very carefully assess the financial aspects before automatically assuming a broker is a must.

It depends who the person is who owns the name, a lot of people on here have experience in selling xx,xxx and xx,xxx names so dont really need a broker. If you have a price you want for the name and arent willing to negotiate then there is no need for a broker, just wait for the right offer to come along
