Sorry, unfortunately, we do not host proxies because they are too resource-consuming. It would be unfair for the other clients because the amount of resources used won't be equal.

And we do not have any special deals for 3 or 6 months in advance, but we do have a deal for paying 12 months in advance.

@Sina: If by upload centre, you mean something like rapidshare, then yes, we do allow it. As long as, once again, it is legal, and not abusing the resources .

@mholt: Those Tiers are just our plans, like plan 1, plan 2. I'm sorry, but I'm not 100% sure of what you are trying to ask.

Okay. Well, in IT, there's "tiers" of infrastructure... from what I understand, "tier 1" can be considered a type of "low-level, backend" type of architecture. AT&T, Sprint, and Qwest, for example, are Tier 1 providers. They provide some of the raw data transfer infrastructure.

Tier 2 is a little higher level, and tier 3 I think leases from tiers 2 and 1... so that in the end, data is routed to just one location....

But I myself am having a hard time finding good articles describing exactly what the Tiers are. I know an engineer in town who works at a McKesson data center. I will ask him tomorrow.
