I did a scan of all available 7N.com without 0 or 4. There are 380,994 available out of 2097152 possibilites -- that is just 18%. Based on this, I think a buyout of 7N.com may occur in the next few months.

I looked into what the best remaining ones are.

All combinations that contain "88" or a triple are taken. There are none available containing 3 or more 8's.

Are you sure about this? My sample check shows that there are still more than 1 million still available without 0,4

Yeah, I also ran a sample of the 7N chips and found that there is around 50% left.

I'm still thankful to OP for the list and I bought quite a few of the names.

OP are you sure your scan was accurate as others are saying we're nowhere near that stage yet.
Can someone else run a proper scan and verify either way?

If the OP is correct then that's massive news if true, not just for 7n but 6n etc. above it.

I checked, and my scan was not complete. I scanned a total of 1155970 domains and out of these, 380,994 were available. For some reason, my script tended to miss out quite a few but not all domains where the first 2 characters are not the same. Where the first two characters are the same, the domains are more likely to be registered, so if I ignore domains where the first two characters are the same, I get:
341999 available out of 893830. So I think a more reasonable estimate is that 38% of domains are still available.

I will work further on this and try to scan all the premium 7n domains.

- Does not contain 0 and/or 4.
- Contains at least 2 times an 8.
- Contains only 3 different numbers.

There was 103 available .. I ran it again today and only 14 of them are still available:

I haven't ran a scan since 12/28 - But here is where it stood at that time.

Total 7Ns: 10,000,000
7Ns with no 4 or 0: 2,097,152

Registered 7Ns with no 4 or 0: 987,579 - 47.09%
Available 7Ns with no 4 or 0: 1,109,573 - 52.91%

Total Registered 7Ns - 1,201,370 - 12.01%
Total Available 7Ns - 8,798,630 - 87.99%

***Keep in mind that about 1-2% more domains are registered than noted here.
This report was pulled from the zone file which exempts any domains without nameservers. Which as best as I can tell runs about a 1-2% average.

FYI: Recently CP 7Ns were being regged at a rate of about 300 per day. So currently there is a virtual stop on this regfee market.

I would expect it to pick back up in the coming months, but I don't see a 7N CP buyout in the near future.
