Established 7AC.net - Advent Children web site / 100+ unique per day

This is a Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children fan site that IS NOT COMPLETE with content, but receives in excess of 100 unique every day since I have owned it. My webalizer stats are strange at the moment, though I am going from the Extreme Tracker and 'top site lists' I am on.

The majority of the traffic comes from yahoo, the site is 3rd for the key term 'Advent Children', which is a pretty highly searched term.

Not absolutely convinced about selling this site, but am putting it up here for offers. Please direct offers to PM.

I understand it's not all about type-ins but considering you were less than forthcoming on your details/sales pitch what else have we got to go on? All these people who come on here and make short little posts and a URL with no attached proof or solid explanation of the site's worth really surprise me.
