It seems it's just a random person who set up a reseller/whitelabel website, looking at the terms and privacy policy there is no mention of any company name or address, pretty sure it's illegal at least in the EU.

Listen, we’re asking all these questions because you’re just starting out, and we need to ensure your proposition can be trusted. Instead of closing your account, consider improving your site and obtaining a Chamber of Commerce number.

Your first mistake which i actually find more troublesome than being a re-seller instead of a fully accredited ICANN registrar is “.click” ext.

Your extension is the biggest deterrent for me.

The domain extension was needed because the funds for the business were low.
So as Bubblehost grows, so does the website, QoS (Quality of Service), and eventually, the domain extension.
I like to call this 'scaling accordingly' with businesses, as I am not throwing loads of money in to the business.
I am starting small, and then will scale things accordingly.

Well, there is no need to prove that you are better than Godaddy. Just formalize the service. Have all the controls established and present your project as a high quality service. There are users here who manage 10, 20, 100 domains and do not risk leaving their business to any company.
