Since I have not had any luck selling these individually I will attempt to sell them as a package. I need some money to buy some new domains. All of these will be sold togethor. All 7 domains are .COM and registered at namecheap. Also all have about a year left on registration.

Here they are:

elderlysafety.com
enteringschool.com
holdemlingo.com
lunarcolonies.com
programphp.com
quickwarning.com
warningbulletin.com

No less than dollar increments if not more. First offer is starting bid. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time and I also reserver the right to take an offer right away if its high enough.

EDIT: I have added a $115 buy it now. I am sorry for not posting this at the begninning of the auction :|

Thanks.

I meant close the auction. I thought I made that clear that I may do that if the offers are not high enough (in my first post)...or is that generally not accepted? I am still pretty new at this so please say something.

I have had offers of over the current bid for ProgramPHP.com so I dont want to let it go that cheap.

^^ Not generally accepted!

Your original post has since been edited ... but here is what is says now:
I reserve the right to end the auction at any time and I also reserver the right to take an offer right away if its high enough.

These don't state that you may "cancel" the auction at any time, IMHO.
You could "end" (and thus accepting the highest bid at the time) it -or- "take an offer right away" if there were more than acceptable bids ... but other than that, it should run its course until your official ending time on October 11th!
Moreover, you have subsequently added a "But It Now" price, but I do not see any "Reserve price" ... therefore the auction is still in progress. :talk:
Thanks.

I saw on some other threads that people don't post reserve prices right away, but say they will announce if it's met... is this ok on NP too?

The point for this thread ... is that this auction is in progress, and there is no set (or mention of later being set in the initial post) "Reserve Price" - so it is scheduled to be sold to the highest bidder in this thread at the official end time, in my view! :talk:

Thread:
http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=40802

One may state - in their initial post - that a "Reserve price may be added" or "Reserve price will be announced when it is met", or something along those lines ... but it has to be mentioned / announced in the initial post exactly how it's to be conducted.
The thread above by ManicGirl addresses the concept of professional domain auctions very nicely, as well. :)
Hope that helps.

All relevant info should be mentioned upfront. If you are worried about not getting fair value for your name, post a reserve or start the bidding at the least amount you would accept.

Thanks Jeff and Coastal, it was just for my own knowledge, I've never been in an auction b4 anyway :) Hope the seller of this thread reflects those changes Jeff mentioned!

Cheers,

I am sorry for the confusion. The edit in the original post was adding the Buy it now, although I know I cannot prove that. I also see that what I did initially say wasnt very clear. I will continue the auction, however I hope this doesnt turn into a "sniping" (which I have recently read about) sale.

I am also going to lower the BIT price back to the original $115.

Sorry for the confusion!

Thanks Jeff.

Once again I am sorry. I made a "newbie" mistake and it happens. Its not the end of the world. The auction will continue. I dont want to lose my credibility.

My next auctions will surly be more smooth.

Thanks again!
