Overture results = 18718
Google results = 7,710,000
Google with apostrophes " " = 223,000

AMD has Athlon 64
Intel has Pentium 64
OS's are being built with 64 bit architectures now.

"64 processor" actually had more Overture than "64 bit processor"

I like the name. Its' straight to the point and I think it will get type in's too. I dont know much about domains yet but I would say high xx to low xxx :kickass:

Not a bad name, but I don't think it has any huge value by itself, unless it gets a lot of natural type in traffic. If you could develop it, then optimize for the term "64 Processor", and get a good ranking, the value would go up phenominally.
