question 60-day locks

Hello, i'm asking if i can buy a domain names from auctions or something without the 60 day lock ? i don't care about names of the domains it can be whatever

You have to assume probably not...each registrar has its own rules and should be in the FAQ section. Alot of domainers will have accounts at multiple registrars so the name(s) can be pushed in their own account. BTW, welcome to nps!
