What is This Business?
These few websites are all about digital camera, digital SLR camera and photography. All of them are autoblogs. However, I have included few unique articles which are product reviews in each website to target some highly search keywords in this niche. All traffic coming to these websites are organic traffic from Google, Bing and Yahoo. There has never been any paid traffic to the websites.
I have used Traffic Travis 4 Pro to generate all the websites details such as PR, backlinks, indexed pages and so on. Please refer to the attachment.
How Much Money Do these websites Make?
All the websites are making money from Amazon Affiliate Program and also Google Adsense. Honestly, I did not earn much from these websites (about $1000 in total) as I never focus on developing these websites after creating them. Iโm not really interested on this niche.
However, I believe that if you put some efforts on them, you can generate a big money from them. I managed to get few Amazon affiliate sales even though I never develop them. I have done a basic link building on them.
Therefore, these websites have a lot of upside potential since many people will look for information from internet before deciding on the purchase. Digital camera and dSLR are lucrative niche to get indulged in.
Since these websites are aged, so they are more stable and trustworthy on the eye of Google and also visitors. Plus, these websites have been fully developed with all the essential pages such as Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Earning Disclaimer and so on. All the essential plugins such as SEO Ultimate, Akismet, W3 Total Cache and so on have been included and well-configured in all the websites. You need not to spend time to configure those things anymore. Time is money!!
How Much Time Does it Take to Run This Business?
All the delivery and customer support is handled by Amazon. And, once you put the Google Adsense ads, you can just leave it there and focus on writing the product reviews and link building to get the pages ranked. You could outsource a quality product review for few dollars so you wouldn't even have to write the product reviews yourself. The link building (depending on what you use) will take about a few hours each week consistently.
How Much Traffic Does the Website Get?
Please see the attachments. I would say that the traffic to all the websites is amazing as I never do any promotion on them. I did not use Google Analytic. Therefore, I provide Webalizer and Awstat for your reference
What Will You Need to Run This Business?
You will need to be approved with Amazon Associate Program and replace all of my affiliate ID's with your affiliate ID. And, you need an Adsense account to earn money from Google Ads.
Monthly Expenses:
I am using Hostgator Baby plan to host all the websites which costs me $105 annually. You can choose to write the product reviews yourself or outsource them. Maybe you will need to spend some money on search engine optimization. All the domains have been registered in Godaddy.
Reason for Selling
Frankly, I have moved to offline business now. Therefore, I have no time to continuously develop these websites. I would think that this will be a waste since I never allow the real potential of these sites to be released. In addition, I need quick cash to develop my offline business as well.
Additional Terms of Sale:
1. I will provide full help with transferring the website, with Skype (username: cks1988) support and follow-up communication for a period of 30 days.
2. Free hosting for 30 days to allow the transfer to go smoothly.
