5starhiphop.com is my website. I am looking to get out of the blogging business since I have no time for it anymore. My site traffic has suffered but we still have good stats for an inactive website based on SEO alone.

Again, only the domain is what I would like to be appraised, but traffic taken into account as well) (website has sentimental value so it will be downloaded and stashed away)

Domain on it's own, reg fee at best. Can you give a breakdown of the traffic in text form - I can't view those links
