wow. Can't believe the high appraisals. It's as if nobody really follows the auctions anymore. At one point it would have been worth $600.00 - 1k, but at this point it seems closer to around $200 or less by the way prices are falling. When you look at previous sales of similar names, you can't use that whatsoever to gauge the price. For example, people will post 7 or 8 recent sales, but they don't factor the thousands of similar names that didn't sell at all, so looking at a half dozen recent sales is absolutely worthless, similar to using estibot.

I would suggest following the auctions and see what people are actually bidding. You will find that better ones are going for only a couple hundred.

The best bet is to sit on it for 8 - 12 and see if prices go up again. If they don't by the end of the year, it could be quite a long time.

I really appreciate your point of view. I am always open to learn something new. Can you please share with me any NNNN88.com sold for even less than $500 recently without 0 & 4 off course??
