$50 for Quality Logo

I need a logo for a NYC cosmetic dental website that is currently under construction. The website has plenty of white space with the following accent colors: #EEEBE2, #514539, #D4B8B1, #DCD8CC and #862433.

The logo should be clean, sleek and engaging for an upscale urban website visitor. The name is: M8anhattan D8ental A8rts (three words in total - just remove the number 8 after the first letter of each word…trying to keep away the se’s).

It would be great if the logo was completed by Sunday (US east coast time). Payment will be made via Paypal asap. I also need to know the file extension.
