Sadly, I don't know what vector is (sort of flat images?). But it's a PSD file done in Photoshop. Does it really need to be vector? I can change whatever you want.

DadaDesign, vector is a kind of image that never has bad graphics, no matter how much you zoom in to it. Like, you can enlarge a vector image by 10000%, and it will still have the same quality.
