This appears to be a click fraud scam. Seller uses fraudulent earnings to buy domains, which are then resold to unsuspecting domainers. It's an attempt to extract cash before the parking companies can claw back fraudulent earnings. Meanwhile, domains are later confiscated or deleted.

Domainers should be very suspicious of anyone who is selling domains for less than registration fee on the same day those domains are registered. Makes no sense unless it's done with stolen money.

Also, domainers should consider using an escrow service or a reputable marketplace for checkout. Paying directly through Paypal offers little protection.

I will be speaking to NamePros moderators to see if we can ban this person.
