budget: above $100 4l.net Chips Needed

We are finding 4l.net chips our budget is $150 to $175 Each, We are buying in Bulk, Transaction through escrow or DN.com

I don't see why someone would sell his 4L.NETs for $175 if they can sell them at Godaddy auction and fetch $290.
I have good 4L.NETs but fix the price first
