91 UV in 15 days no content!!!

I have been quite surprised with the traffic for this site and purchased it previously with a view of developing it out but think that with the amount of Unique Views the site is getting already someone else can do it more justice.
Crunch-Fitness.com
has 12,100 EXACT term searches globally (so says google) with a $1.54 CPC.
The site is now on whypark but only so that it had a bit of content.
The site needs someone else to monetize the traffic it is already getting and then leverage the searches that it has, but unfortunately I don't have the skills.

EDIT: Just checked some stats and it has actually gotten more UV than i first thought.
