I'm not too familiar with the value of NNN domains but I would look at it this way

LLL.com: NNN.com
LLL.net : NNN.net
LLL.us : NNN.us

If we take a hypothetical approach and say that the value of LLL's to NNN's is about 2:1 (totally hypothetical), I would say the value of LLL.us to NNN.us is about 2.3:1 since there are many NNN.us reserved by neustar

Hope that helps

$250 IMO to a reseller (although I haven't seen many selling for less than $500 lately).

Yea I've been offered 500 but I might hold out for a year to get the price up.

$500 is a respectable offer IMO. I'd seriously consider it.

I think $250 is good right now, but I think in the very short future NNN.us will increase alot, especially if the number is an area code for the US. I own 713.us which is an area code for Houston, TX. I don't think 449 is an area code. You might want to double check.
Good luck.

Well his offer will expire soon. I think the two 4's to start off make it a good name.

I just seem to elicit good offers though.

Take the offer and cash in your chips on something else. Just MO of course.

EDIT: My advice is assuming the guy will pay. Hopefully the offeror isn't Staskul. :)

So I might take the 500 offer. The only thing is I'm thinking is in one year could be worth 1k.....

My opinion is: if the money isn't of paramount importance at this point, I'd hold on to it a bit. If you need the money, $500 is more than fair for a quick turnaround.

TP-

There are many things to consider here. If I had held all of the domains I have sold in my life, I would have made more money on their individual sales today. However, the time value of money and opportunity costs comes into play. Ask yourself: can that $500 be reinvested in other areas that could earn you a larger return in the same amount of time that holding onto your NNN.us could?
