You are talking rubbish mate. I stated clearly in the original message that payment was by PayPal. Then after agreeing to buy you wanted to pay by Western Union. I said this was not an option but went out of my way to sign up for Payoneer because according to their website this means I could accept payments by credit card in any currency. So as a service to you I was then trying to allow you to pay by your local currency with a credit card. Unfortunately when I tried to send the request Payoneer said your currency was not supported. I therefore cannot send a request. This has absolutely NOTHING to do with me not respecting an agreement. I was trying to do you a favour and instead you are trying to make me look bad. This is very poor form.

For anybody else who is a legitimate purchaser Payoneer is now an option for payment since I have now signed up to them.

well I was shocked that Lebanon does not have PayPal or Pioneer and I accepted to pay all the fees to pay by western union . (respecting that I said they were sold . ) anyways this is not your fault or mine but I do not know when payoneer and PayPal opens at lebanon lol .
