That template was taken from zymic. Although I'm guessing it's legal because zymic are letting anyone use them. But my respect for this site lowers considerably if you do not make your own templates.

Firstly I'd like to thank dongan for the plug! Secondly I would like to clear up the wrongful accusations.

Those templates have been distributed by many many other people before and the rightful copyrights for the original designers are not really known. I have simply come across them on a couple of template sites and politely emailed the webmasters asking permission to redistribute them on our site with credits. They agreed so I credited their name as it is the best I can do.

If anyone is at wrong, it would be Zymic's site because he is crediting himself as the original designer when he is in reality not the original designer of the template.

I hope that clears things up.
