[$40] Need flash program layout *NO FLASH KNOWLEDGE NEEDED*

I'm looking for someone to design a layout for a flash application that I've already coded. You don't need any knowledge of flash, I would just like .psd mockups.

My budget is $40. The application isnt very big so I dont think it will be that much work on your part.
