domain 4 site appraisals please

It's gaining rank and getting natural traffic. I do plan on actually trying to sell Amish furniture, arts and crafts on the site, but if it doesn't pan out, or I don't get that far, I'm wondering if the name is worth much. There seem to be a lot of "Amish Outlets" out there that don't have the web name that could use it.

I'd also be interested in knowing these other two sites are worth keeping. Especially with all the push to be green. They too are gaining rank and recieve natural traffic. though the numbers are low. They are:

One last site I have, that I actually inherited is:

Somehow it gets traffic, and I'm getting clicks. It's spanglish and was chosen by the previous owner of a hotel that I was going to do a website for, but he ended up selling the hotel before I even started the site. so I got to keep the name (he's a friend of mine). Don't think it's worth anything and I'm planning on leting it expire after the two years are up, but maybe it's better than I think. Seems to be a few "Hotel La Paz's" out there.
