domain 4 Letter .com Domain....Valuable?

Well I recently registered this domain:

upkb.com

It will be a file uploading site, where: up = upload, kb = file size. You get the idea, I plan to develop a site for it and then sell it on.

Just wondering how much I could expect to get for it, note that the site will be completed to a very high standard.

I'd like to know what the value would be for the domain alone, and what the value would be for the domain and a nicely designed upload site with a fully integrated upload script - although I know it probably depends on the standard of the design I'd still apreciate estimates.

Undeveloped it is worth reg fee in resale market IMO, development will indeed increase the value but now-a-days people don't use such new sites because there are thousands of these sites emerging every month and then disappearing after 3 months causing people to lose many of their images/files. So, you'll have to work hard to make it popular & worth more.
