It is a tiny bit brandable.
But that is offset by the confusing digit.
Do I have to bid 3x, or is it $3 per bid? Bid on 3 items?

If its RegFee and I can't find any exciting names, I might reg it.

It's short and it could be considered a brandable but the number ruins the name. All the websites where you can list brandable names totally ban numbers unless it's something very special and unfortunately this is not the case.
If you can register it for 2$ it would be your lottery ticket. Personally I wouldn't spend more than that to buy it.
