I'm sorry to say but it's worth nothing in my opinion.

As you bought it yesterday you should be able to get a refund for it.

Then look into what 360 names are selling and have sold, before you purchase another one.

I was thinking it could be good for some hospitals to use. They could display a virtual tour of the hospital on their website.

It's highly likely that if hospital were to do that, they would use their existing domain to host the experience/tour.

Or they would buy <hospitalname+VR>.com or <360+hospitalname>.com

I doubt anyone would need a generic name like 360hospitaltours/com

just my opinion though.
