There's a popular street in Dubuque called 32nd street :D Kind of a thoroughfare... maybe you could make it a traffic booster site.

Well I am not really looking to develop the site. Since we now have proof of a couple of the many famous 32nd Streets, how much do you think I could sell this domain name for? and just say in the offer that there are many famous 32nd streets so it has a lot of potential. But theoretically, this site does not have to be for a 32nd street, it could just be any old site with a cool/easy to remember site name...
