$300 - 1 Flash / XML Banner

In short i need someone to make a banner that will preety much appear like the following:

Flash clip - Horizontal Flash clip at the top with the slot style animation. I want to control the price numbers via an xml file.

Also need 4 skins - to be controlled via an xml file for xmas, valentines day etc, with different images.

You will need to be good at action script / xml and the graphics.

Only reply if you can make it better than the one above.

Will pay $300 USD on completion.
