Article Sites With Custom Built Site and Article Management Software version 1.5.
Last chance! I'still have a few of my article sites left to sell out so I can work FULL TIME on the manager application! Grab them now or they are gone!

I have 30 article sites left that use a new site manager I've developed.
Before anyone reads further you MUST read the explanation of the site, its abilities and the application manager that goes with each site. UPDATED FOR VERSION 1.5

All of the sites use free reprint articles from the web and were bought here approximately 3 months ago. BUT they are NOT even close to what was bought here. Here's what has been done:
1. All of the articles were run through a code "scrubber" I built in Java to remove all the CRAP code in them.
2. Then each and every article was proof read and any html boo boos the scrubber missed were fixed.
3. The page names used within the site (via mod_rewrite) we all taken from the article titles to keep the keyword count up (old articles had numbers such as 363.php)
The sites were all submitted to the search engines and there is traffic on them, though it is minimal at this point.
SPECIAL NOTE: When the sites were first launched I used Google sitemaps on all of them until the sitemap bug appeared in March. All the Google sitemaps were removed and the sites were resubmitted to Google
without them! Before the sitemap bug showed up almost everyone of the sites was being indexed and receiving traffic from Google. Several even had PR 1 and 2 within weeks of launching but then that also went
away with the sitemap "de-indexing bug".
UPDATE Looks like removing the Google sitemaps worked as the sites are now being actively crawled by G and indexes are rising FAST!
I have also been watching the logs on all the sites and the spiders are VERY active on them so I expect the indexes to soar. If you notice the indexes below MSN and Yahoo are indexing some sites at double the amount of articles they have, this is a GREAT sign!
The sites have been put into this new interface and management application within the last 2 weeks.
This new interface is optimized to the nth degree, I used all of my talents code and SEO wise and expect these sites to scream very soon. Here are the index stats at this point in time:
(note: 99% of the adsense has been made since I flipped the sites into this new application)
Traffic stats are a pain because the original sites used Extreme tracker and then as they were flipped into the new app the application itself took over.

Included in the sale of each site is free hosting until the end of the year AND as a customer of the application, free updates to the software as they are completed. Hosting after Dec. 2007 will be $40 a year at my hosting company.
PLEASE, if you have made it this far and NOT read the information provided in the link above STOP and go read it now! I know it is long and detailed but this is a rather large scale application that requires quite a bit of explanantion!

For anyone interested I have a sample site (a copy of better-relationships.com) running on my development site rocksolidapps.com. I can allow SERIOUS bidders into the application management area ONE AT A TIME.
So if you want to see it actually work PM me BUT a word of warning, I will reset the site after each person is allowed in (PM me when you are done so I can change the username and password) BUT NO ONE is to delete articles from that function. It's OK to deacivate them but if I have to re-import the database I'm NOT going to be happy with the person who removed the articles!
And for those of you wondering, I will start marketing the application without a site some time in Sept. (once version 2 is done) and also have a guy who is going to start building skins for the application (the site will be skinnable similar to how vBulletin is skinable)... I'm not 100% sure what I will be marketing it at yet but I'm thinking in the $199 range, but we will see how many "goodies" I add in!
Why am I selling them?
The response to the application iteself has been overwhelming! (thanks to all BTW) .... so much so that we have decided to sell off the remaingin sites so that we may spend ALL of our time developing the application! Money in pocket and time to develop is what I need no, NOT 35 sites to take care of (I also own 30 other sites so it's too much!)
Version 1.5 Released TODAY - if you havent re-read the sales page do so, the new goodies are marked in red!
Version 1.5 allows you to do the following:
1. COMPLETE customization of the Adsense, any variable you can use with normal adsense you can quickly and easily change in the admin panel
2. Addition of disclaimer at bottom of all pages that you can edit, turn on or off
Version 1.7 Release Notes:
All of the following will be included in the verison 1.7 update - (out the week of July 3rd)
1. A 4th Google Adsense ad has been added to the article area that can be turned on or off, floated to the left or right (top) of each article
2. Ability to shut off article images and to move article image to top left or right of the articles
3. Article Image randomizer and image uploader for new article images
4. Ability to shut off related article thumbnails and float them left or right of the related article text
5. Thumbnail randomizer and uploader to add new thumbnails to the randomizer
6. Ability to add additional RSS News feeds (to the related news section) and quickly change the feed your site uses
7. Contact Form link and page (with form) that may be turned off or on
8. Ability to "Save current configuration" and restore site to previously saved configurations
9. Emergency resets - just in case you have "played too much" and really fouled things up you can now restore certain settings or the whole site with one click of a button
10. Preset colors schemes that can be activated with one click
11. Additional layout and style controls (IE: fonts, hyperlinks and layout)
Version 2.0 - Due Out mid - late August
1. Tracker will be 100% functional
2. Ability to embed video from Google Video or YouTube into right side bar (or where it fits in the skins)
3. Ability to change RSS news feeds to the service of your choosing
4. Contact Form Menu Item (may be turned on or off to your liking)
And the BIG ONE
5. Automatic article updates from article repositories! Yup that's right, you dont even have to look for articles any more. The application will check in once a day with an article respository, check for new article in your catagory and if there are new articles it will automatically download them into your db and set them live on the site!
