3 PSD Designs (1 Coded) and a domain!

I need to make some cash, so this my final attempt to unload these items I've posted here over the last few weeks. I've put them together in one large package to hopefully draw some more interest and give you more for your money.

Package Includes:

• "Corporate" PSD
• "Corporate" homepage coded in valid XHTML / CSS
• "Albumbase" Homepage PSD
• "Albumbase" Single Post / Page PSD
• Domain wearedesign.net (registered at Namecheap, October '08 Exp.)

Details about these projects:
Each of these designs were put together in my free time. Corporate was a concept to a client who shortly after decided he would rather buy something premade then get a custom template. The template is very multi-functional and could be used for a variety of sites. (* The icons used on the corporate design are bought from Iconsushi.com) Albumbase is a fictional music template I put together which also includes a subpage design. All three of these are fully layered PSD's in which you will have full rights to resell, develop, etc.

I also took the time to code the Corporate homepage today, so you will receive that as well (valid XHTML / CSS).

I'm also including a domain I purchased last month called wearedesign.net. It was meant to be for a designer interview resource, but I never got around to starting it up. (No traffic)

Package Price:
You can scoop this entire package (3 PSDS, 1 Coded Homepage, and a domain) for the unbelievable price of $500 USD. I would prefer to sell everything at once, but if you do offer me a fair price for each individual element, that is a possibility.
