Dear Friends,

I have three arround thirteen domain names and all are good to make money. Well! i am listing three of my domain names on which i have offers.

Egrainers.com - eg rainers Resources and Information. This website is for sale!
www.smartgup.com
E2emoney.com - e 2 e money Resources and Information.This website is for sale!

I have offer for these names of 7000$.

And i have another offer of 15000$ for these three names i am confused actually. Cause i have quoted 8000$ to the person who made an offer of 7000$.

But just after the next day i received an offer of 15000$. Are these names really worth it. And i am worried about my Words which i gave to the first person.

Please make the best appraisal for these domains so that i can make a good decision ad wont let down my words to the first man and wont let down any loss to any of them.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks & Regards,

Awais

feeingsstore.com -- Please make an appraisal

Would like to receive feedback for my domain feelingsstore.com. What could this domain fetch in terms of value if it is put up for sale? Any other inputs would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

If you have 15k offer, and a 7k offer, then take the higher offer. It doesn't matter what the first guy offered unless you told him you would sell it to him.

Like if I had a car for sale (I was looking for 6k) and someone offered me 5k, I told him no, I'm looking for 6k, then someone came and offered me 10k, I wouldn't care that I was looking for 6k to start with, someone came and offered better. The asking price is not the Buy It Now (BIN) price, they are different things. As someone with ties to real estate I can tell you homes often go below the asking price, and depending on the market, can go way above asking price. It's about who wants to pay the most.

Unless you make an agreement to sell at one price, then another better one comes along, if you really want it you're going to have to find a way to get out of the agreement through a loophole.

Simply telling someone the price you want and them not agreeing to it does not mean you have to sell it to them if they agree to pay a little more, regardless of if you have a higher offer or not. You can change your mind all the time, and although its unprofessional to say "no I just don't want 8k anymore I want more than that" it is understandable to say "I have a 15k offer now, sorry, but I will contact you if it falls through to let you know the domains are available again, or after the sale is done so you don't need to have them on your mind anymore"

Those domains are not worth either of your offers, I say sell asap, try and get the higher price.

This seems like a joke to me, because how old can you be if you need to know the answer to this question, really?

Maybe if feelingstore.com takes off they will buy this for all the people with bad grammar who do it as a typo.

This is improper grammar, and so worth nothing.

Read the rules!

You need to put all your domains for appraisal in ONE thread!

Thanks for your reply.

May be its a scam but it seems like the person is willing to buy it. Coz he got some plans for these names. So it sounds like he need it. And i can sell it.

Well, if you are new, and the potential buyer wants you to get an appraisal that you have to pay for, then it is a scam, and they have no intention of buying your name....they want you to pay for the appraisal. Be very careful, because those offers seem very odd to me.

Tell the buyer you'll be happy to get an appraisal on the basis that he pays for it and then you'll deduct it from his payment. Weeds out the scammers every time.

Exactly!, That's the reply you give!

If he can afford the domains he can afford to pay for the appraisal.

This sounds like the Nigerian scam, where they have 5 million dollars to send you, they just want you to pay 500$ for the paper work.

Good luck,

Those offers are ridiculous. 0% chance they are real.

These domains are worth nothing.

If they tell you they realy want to buy the name but
for some reason they need to have an appraisal by A,
B, or C company ... I'm affraid it's a scam.

Tell them to go and get an appraisal from A, B, or C
company. They don't need you to get an appraisal.
They can order an appraisal on any name they want.

Good luck
