3 Letter .net's... High End Value?

What's the high-end value for a three-random-letter .net? I'm talking about three letters, no numbers or dashes. What's the most someone can expect to get for one of these?

On a side note I did find a similar three-letter .net for sale on eBay. Starting bid: $56,000! Is it just me or is this person perhaps a little too hopeful?
