Established 3 High Traffic Business Websites for sale

I have three business websites for sale that work very well together.
1. http://abracart.com shopping cart software website. Shopping cart software
and copyrights are owned by me and will be transferred to new owner(s).
2. http://wholesaleu.com search engine site. Site has many great features
including an auction that was just added. Search engine software and
copyrights are owned by me and will be transferred to new owner(s). Users
can set up a shop that utilizes the abracart shopping cart above, auction off
items, advertise via banner or PPC.
3. http://buyersinfo.net forum – off the shelf software. This site is an IMASD
Service provider site. (IMASD – Internet marketing Association of Surplus
Dealers) and is advertised on the front page of surplus.net (IMASD) website
for free. As a provider the site has to offer IMASD members a special benefit
and in this case IMASD receive free registration to the forum. Another
requirement is to hold and sell IMASD memberships therefore the sale would
also include 20 IMASD memberships valued at $3500.00 - $4250.00 per membership.
All of these sites are high traffic sites with great earning potential. To date I have
invested over $100,000.00 in to the development of these sites so please do not PM
me low ball offers as I have already been presented with three offers from top
competitors of the sites.

All of these sites are high traffic sites that are already earning, however, they are not
earning anywhere near there potential.

Good luck with your sale. I'm not sure you will get many $100,000+ offers based on the information you gave above! I wouldn't pay $100,000+ for sites with "high traffic" and "great earning potential". I would want to see a good income (would need to be around $20,000 a year minimum, i.e. 5 years earnings = $100,000 sale price).

Let me explain further:

The site comes with $70,000 to $85,000 in shares in the IMASD which is more than the asking price.

20 IMASD memberships that can be sold as low as $3500.00 a share and as high as $4250.00 per share. The sites come with full copyrights to the software making the new owners of the sites the new owners of the software which can be re-sold off the shelf.

Right now AbraCart site is not at all advertised.
However, buyersinfo and wholesaleu are advertised through each other and are listed quite well in search engines. Buyersinfo is displayed on the front page of surplus.net (IMASD) and buyersinfo is listed on the front page of the closeout news as a service provider.

The sites currently do generate an income. From November 8th to December 8th
That income was $3492.63 via PayPal, however each month will differ depending on how many memberships, banners, PPC, carts, etc are sold.

So at this point I guess it would be safe to say that if these sites were advertised and there was a salesperson hand to work them the income potential would much greater than what they are currently receiving. Depending on how many IMASD memberships are sold it is possible to have a return on Investment in one year.

Although I have $100,000 invested (all documentation verifying this can be supplied) The asking price is less than that.
