3 character .org and .info?

I was wondering if 3 character .org's or .info's are worth registering?, are they worth anymore then reg free?, and does it really matter what combination the characters are in? (LNN, LNL, NNL, LLN, NNL, NLL).

There are no more 3 character .info domains available, only the occasional drops.

LLN.org are picking up steam.
