Cool 1OS.. Operating System is what comes to my mind. Could make a good OS review site, or if some1 builds an OS by this name, you could be a winner .. Just find out if there's an OS by that name already!

Nice name for development but undeveloped it's worth Low $xx in wholesale market, more to an end user IMO.

For an end user, maybe. It probably just won't get anywhere above $XX if you try to sell on specialized forums/websites. I've bought domains as an end user before, simply because I fell in love with a name, and could envision it as a developed website. So it's worth the try, :imho: .
