Why do you need an appraisal if you will not take it into consideration, because anyway you won't accept lower offers than 3.500$?
You should post it in the high valued domain section.
It is a good name btw, definitely in the $x.xxx range, but could not make a proper appraisal, because I do not know about a recent LN.net sale. Good luck with it.
