This domain sold on Godaddy for unbelievable amount for its category:

I did some research,

the go daddy appraisal says--"
babywearinginternational.org

Estimated Value: $193 "


checking wayback shows web site on the domain from 2007 to right till 2019.

so, two possibilities, the original owner forgot to renew, now had no option but to buy, for the site to continue, secondly , some rival wanted to get it desperately.

both things have happened in the past.
