This contest is for a 480x60 banner (animated prefered but not required) for hpforums.net we would also like a 88x31 button, saying HP FORUMS wwith a image in the background.

I think that Garrett's 3rd banner is very eye-catching but the size is over 600 KB. Can you imagine how long it takes to load for people with slower internet connection? Nice work tho.
