I own both of these names, and I am trying to sell them. I do not have the time to keep up with maintaining them. They are quite good domains, they have relevant search terms for popular searches. I'm a noob at domain sales, what would you guys appraise them at?

Also, where is a good place to list/sell my domains at?

i think you're doing the right thing by selling them now. don't wait. contact companies who conduct polling surveys.

I'd say approach polling companies and try to sell to them. Park them somewhere so you can get a little traffic stats on them. Offer them up for a price higher than what you'd be comfortable with, and negotiate down if necessary. I'd say maybe $xxx for them together to an end-user if you can find some ultra-liberal media or ultra-conservative media which wants to be the one-stop-shop for polling data online.
