It is early, and I would rather sell around August or Sept of 2008 than now, but am seeking an appraisal.

I feel it does have type-in potential, even if it is long.

Not much right now, might be worth more during the election days & value will depend on traffic.

Just hold onto it for now, and start trying to build some traffic in 2007, and then sell it in early 2008, before the general election (around March). Depending on who is interested in it, and how well it is developed between now and 2008, who might be able to get a lot, but it'd be hard to give you any figures. Only thing that hurts it is the length.
