4 years to be usable to its full potential. It is
also very time limited and event specific. The
idea of it laying dormant for 4 years is what

I think it's too narrowly focused (as well as "dated"), in my view ... unless something HUGELY significant happens in any ONE (1) of the numerous 2008 debates (plural (hint/hint ) to come, I don't think you'll even hit your purchase price ... humbly.
