The registry of a domain name will grant to the physical or legal person who first requests it.
The regsitration Authority will not grant a domain name if the same or similar, makes reference or is part of a Trade mark or physical person If she is a well-known person world-wide or locally.
The registrantes will have to provide the number of DNI (National Document of Identity) or number of C.U.I.L., if one were physical people.
The legal people will have to provide the number of C.U.I.T.
In case of requests of physical people or legal foreigners that does not reside in the Argentine Republic, these they will have to provide the number of passport, identity card or tributary identification of the residence country in addition it will have to brief a legal address in the Argentina Republic. (You can do this online, of course).
COM.AR Domain: Can register this sublevels domains any physical person or legal foreigner who resides in the country or constitutes legal address in the same one.
ORG.AR domains: only national or foreign non-profit making entities or organizations are allowed to register names within the subdomain ORG. AR.
The entity that registers must have non-profit making legal personality.
NET.AR domains: only national or foreign internet service provider entities, licensed by the Comisión Nacional de Comunicaciones (National Communications Comittee) to provide added value-services in the Argentine Republic, are allowed to register names within the subdomain NET. AR.
Designations under INT.AR: only representation abroad entities or international boards with seat in the Argentine Republic are allowed to register names within the subdomain INT. AR.
EDU.AR, GOV.AR, MIL.AR: Reserved only for Argentina propuses
