2 VB questions

1 - Is there hack I need to get to make it so someone has to reply to a topic to see a link? So say I posted a download and only wanted people to see it after they had replied which hack would this be? Anyone got link pls?

2 - Where it says the follow before you register....

How do I edit this to add my own text? What file would it be under?
