2 Questions Re: Potentially Adding Code In WP Blog

1. In my latest blog entry below:

Notice the words "Limited Liability Company" is hyperlinked. Rather than make
it a hyperlink for people to click on, is there some code I can use to make the
words show a small "window" giving a brief description of the term/s?

In this specific instance, I was hoping when my readers hover their cursor on
the words, a small window or text box (not necessarily a popup) will show a
short description what an LLC is. What code should I input there?

2. I'm trying to achieve this desired effect in my subsequent blog entries:

I was hoping to put vertical adsense ads in the empty portion within the post.
Is it possible to do this?

I asked both questions in the WP Support Forum and no reply yet. Hoping to

As in this tutorial: floatright div should contain your adsense code. In order to get it a bit deeper into the text as you want, alter the margin of the floatright, add a top margin.

That should work out nicely .

This may sound very simplistic, but why not just use this code to get a text pop on your LLC link?
