domain 2 offers, need help

Hi, I received 2 separate offers for 2 different domains:
Both of them 2 words:

Stats.....Update .....(dot__:__kom)
and
i ......Memorize....(dot__:__net)

Would really appreciate your comments and appraisals.

If they were mine i would be happy with anything more than 300 dollars each.I dont know how much you paid for them,but 600bucks more in my bank account would pay for lots other domain names

I would take what you can get for these names. I don't see any end users offering big bucks for these. If it was me, I would counter offer, but not so much to scare the buyer away.

Matrigaldo, both offers are slightly mid XX and I feel they are quite low (of course.
That is why I was seeking your expertise on this forum.
Stats..;..Update is taken in .net (google frequency: over 4.8 million it seems)
I ...;...Memorize is taken and with developed sites in .com and .org. (google frequency: over 79 thousand)
Is the frequency relevant here? Please feel free to comment.
