Chicken. When the bids get a little higher, you better grab that bin or you'll lose them. Should be able to double that bin amount if you find a sucker, I mean motivated end user :)

Note that the min bid increments are $2, so you'd have to bid 25 to top the previous bid. For now, previous bid of $23 stands. I would not be such a stickler, but ManicGirl is moderating this thread and if I do not follow procedure exactly, there will be a whipping or something involved. Which I actually am very amiable towards, but I am still a little sore from the last one so must let that heal before allowing myself the pleasure again. So, the min bid increment remains rock solid.

Thanks for the offers, Namepros glitterati. Here's how it stands:

umfz.com -- will be won by Ryklose for $23, in about 15 hours if there are no further bids. Even if he did not have the nads to pony up the bin price, I have decided to be merciful and that he is indeed worthy to own this spectacular, life-altering name if he is the high bidder.
ercz.com -- will be won by ManicGirl for $50, in about 24 hours if there are no further bids. I know you all want me to say something funny and suggestive here, but I have matured past such infantile displays of inflection; I would be pleased and honored to sell this name to Jennifer. It is COMPLETELY unrelated that there would be whips and manacles involved in the transaction, that must be given no consideration whatsoever.

Anyway, you all still have lots of room to bid! LLLL with much worse letters than these have been selling for $50 - 70 lately. If I had put a reasonable BIN in the beginning, I would have set it at around $75 for umfz and around $200 for ercz (these bins do not apply in this thread, just giving an example).
And these names are still rising quickly in value.

Sidenote: for those interested, I'll be posting another list on 'Bannen's Best' shortly :)
