Regulation Fee as I really don't see a whole lot of areas for development. It can be used as a hosting site, but the names just don't click for me.

Not too bad of a name for your host, but I am not too sure that it has an overall value to it. I see where you are trying to go with the name, I just don't think it is hitting the spot.
