You will definitely run into a TM issue with pokergoogle.com

As for prisequest.com, I can see that it's an alternation/typo of prizequest but it doesn't look too brandable or usable by anyone. I would say that it is reg fee.

I think you should be very careful with this domain name. To me since Google is not the holder selling this domain then it's value is worth a law suit. Just my two cents.

Google doesn't let anybody use "Google" in a domain, you'll be hearing from them very soon.

Even if there weren't major TM issues, its not worth anything. You can't just add two unrelated words together to make it worth something.
