There was a conspiracy going on about these domains from that seller, and USU.COM because someone was spreading a fact that he's a rip-off. I wouldn't buy, because I'm still confused and can't figure that out... great price, though, I hope the deal goes through for someone.

you're right to some extent. I'd rather buy an undeveloped domain name, develop it myself and sell it with loads of profit later
