The .org is okay to develop but I don't see much resale potential.
As for the .asia, the extension is worthless as a whole, unless you find an end user with that acronym, who would want to expand operations in Asia. But I would not hope for the best and set the autorenew to off imo. Good luck.

about the .org, these kind of websites (if developed properly) attract always visitors.
Undeveloped, I'd say only reg fee - low $xx
about .asia, the market is small, it would be had to sell it, reg fee at best.

How do you know it? Have you check all the planets one by one?
